This was recently installed on my Laptop. Afterwards two useful symbols on the Task Bar (bottom of the Screen) had vanished:
1. Loudspeaker giving access to the volume control.
2. Two little Monitors showing the connection to the Internet and when uploading/downloading pulsating.
I just cannot find a way of getting these back, if anyone has any ideas how to reinstate these, they would be much appreciated.

Right click on an empty area of the task bar/Properties/Notification Area/Tick the boxes for volume and network.

Hi Buzzwoody

Right click on the Windows Start/orb > Properties > Taskbar > Customise.
From there you can select what you would like to see on your taskbar..

Many thanks Floopybootstomp and Madxgraphics. Still leaning after 10 years! Help much appreciated.
