Vista not sleeping

I just upgraded my Windows XP MCE to Vista home premium. I have changed my
power setting to turn off my display after 15 min and sleep after one hour.
Neither happens. I had the same problem with Windows XP because my Microsoft
wireless mouse and keyboard would prevent it from sleeping. The solution
then, was to stop ehtray.exe. I'v tried doing this with vista but it does not
help. Do any of you have a suggestion?

System specs:
- Intel core 2 duo 6300
- 2 gigs of ram
- Microsoft Wireless keyboard and mouse
- D-link wireless PCI card
- Vista Home Premium 32 bit

Microsoft is currently working on a hotfix for Vista sleep problems. You
can get it now throught Microsoft but they suggest to wait until it appears
in a future update.
