Vista movie maker makes video black after 3 minutes of playing!

I have made my first attempt to make some video in Movie Maker and I
think it is quite good, but after I published the movie to a WMV
format it plays ok, but the video disappears after 3 minutes! Sound
continues... It has 9:32 total. I have tried to publish it as AVI
uncompressed, but it is the same!
There is no effect or something special in that 3rd minute. It just
happens in the middle of one clip... The clips used are uncompressed
AVI from FRAPS. Any suggestions?

i've had the same problem. Try messing with the video filters. You can find
them under Tools then Options. Then click on the Compatibility tab. I know
I've been turning them on, off and restored to defaults and no luck. Those
are the steps technical support recommends. I dont know what to do. I was
hopin they would make a patch but who knows. Good luck

How many source videos do you have and how big they are?

I got the solution! The problem was somewhere in the CCCP codec pack I
have installed. After I uninstalled it and tried publish again - it
was OK. I think I will write it to their forum to let them know.
