vista mail to outlook 2007

I've just gotten a new laptop and have installed windows 7/outlook 2007. My
old computer is running Vista and I want to move the mail messages out of
Vista Mail to Outlook 2007 on my new machine. Can't seem to find anything
that tells me how to do that/if I can do that! Very frustrated!!!! Any and
all assistance would be greatly appreciated!
