Export Outlook 2007 to Windows Mail

Got new laptop with Vista and Windows Mail.
Have reviewed a lot of discussions and installed Office Standard 2007 Trial
Version.
In Outlook 2007, successful with File -> Open -> Outlook Data File -> *.pst
Then choose File -> Import and Export -> Create a file or type
Which File type should I choose to export in Outlook 2007 that I can import
in Windows Mail ?
- Comma separated values (DOS)
- Comma separated values (Windows)
- Microsoft Access 97-2003
- Microsoft Excel 97-2003
- Personal Folder File (*.pst)
- Tab Separated Values (DOS)
- Tab Separated Values (Windows)

Not necessary. At this point, import with Windows Mail -
'File|Import|Messages|Microsoft Outlook (or Exchange)'. The key part is to
have both Outlook and Windows Mail on the same machine. To move the
Contacts to Windows Contacts, export these from Outlook and select Comma
Separated Values (choice between DOS and Windows makes no difference, either
is fine), then import with Windows Mail - 'File|Import|Windows
Contacts|CSV'.

Tools, Options, Advanced, Maintenance, Store Folder. This is from the main
window, not a message composition or reading window.
