vista installation power crash

hi,
i just purchased my new hp pavillion tx 1000 with vista home premium. i
followed the installatin guide i got with the computer, and it all went fine
up to the point where the installation was well on its way and i suddernly,
out of nowhere, got a blue screen telling me about some problem with the pc
loosing the power during the installation and i needed to shut down, so i
did. and restarted. at first, i got another blue screen, and nothing
happened. i restarted, and got the error "a error occured. windows cant
finish the installation. restart and start the installation over again". and
when i do this, the computer automatically restarts and i get the same error.
over and over again. and the saddest thing is this: my pc doesent respond to
the "f11" button. it just beeps. the f10 works and gets me to that bios-
screen, but i cant figure anything from that. no matter what. i dont have an
installation disc or anything. is there hope?

What do you mean by "installaton?"

You bought a NEW computer with vista pre-installed.

It is under Warranty.
Take it back.

If you bought a new machine then the OS should have come pre-installed.
Take it back for a refund at once
