Vista games explorer

Im really impressed with the games explorer but it is lacking many of the
older(some newer) games and expansion packs. counter-strike source is one of
them and its not picking it up. It would be nice if you would update it to
detect it and the other steam games.

The 'legacy' database for the Game Explorer was populated with a large
number of games for initial release, but the intent is for games to do the
work to register with the Game Explorer and provide their own data. It is
unlikely the older games that were missed by our initial pass will get in
there, but for newer games it's up to the publisher / developer to provide
the data.

I think the whole Game Explorer thing is a neat addition to Windows. Except
for one of my games they are all there in one place just like a Control
Panel. I used to gather up my game short cuts and put them in a "games"
folder on my desktop just to have quick access to the shortcuts. This is a
lot more elegant and functional. Thank you for the Game Explorer!
