Once in a while Windows Vista Home Premium will freeze for a short while
(about 10 seconds or so) and then resume everything. I cannot figure out how
this happens exactly but maybe someone can give me a list of things to check
for. Here's my configuration:
AMD Athlon X2 3800 (Manchester Core)
2 GB Memory (2 x 1 GB sticks, PC2700)
250 GB Western Digital Hard Drive (7200 RPM, EIDE connection)
DFI Infinity NF4 SLI Motherboard
NVidia Geforce 7600 GT (not running in SLI mode, as I only have one card)
Some software that I was using when this happens:
* Microsoft Visual Studio 2005
* Microsoft Zune
The anti-virus program I have is Grisoft AVG.
