Visio Documents within Word

Posting a word document (used as a template, but .doc) with a Visio chart
inserted. Document is posted on LAN for multiple users. When viewing the
document on the screen, appears normal and true to size. When printing
document, Visio chart prints several different ways depending on user. One
user gets a box per page while the other gets miniscule font - neither has
edited the document and both can see the chart on the screen appearing
normal. Any suggestions?

try pasting the Visio diagram as a picture/bitmap.

Use Visio to edit the Visio document. Word can't edit Visio diagrams.
Keep the org chart in a separate Visio file. Copy/Paste into Word when
you need to update the Word doc.

Do you really need to use Word at all? Give them a Visio template to
use as a template for org charts for their doc's. Let the "several
people" do their own work with Word.

Keep it simple.

Hope this is useful to you. Let us know.
