McAfee found several files infected. I cleaned up / deleted what they didntbut i have one left. Its C:\WINDOWS\wsem216.dll. I found the file in my documents folder. My Q is...is it iok to delete or is it need to run my computer? Sorry for the ignorance but im new to thw computer and dont wanna do something im not supposed to...thank you in advance..P.S. program name is ADWARE-DFS

Update your virus scan and do a complete scan, quarantine files found, go to
manage quarantine files and delete.
