IE, Firefox not working because of virus

I caught a Trojan Horse. I have run all the removal tools, anti-virus,
anti-spyware and adware programs that I have, as well as running Trend Micro
Internet Security, and I still have a virus that will not allow me to delete
the file it has infected. It is TSPY MARAN.DD and it is infecting
ou3viewer.dll. I have tried IE 6 and Firefox and neither one will load the
webpage. Each time I try to go anywhere out through the LAN connection, I
get this same pop-up from Trend about the virus. I am on my laptop right now
and I can get out and do anything I want going through the same router (which
is through Roadrunner and is a hardwired as well as wireless router). Can
anyone help me? I cannot delete the .dll file that it is infecting my
computer even in safemode. HELP!!!!!!
