virus popup

hi can anyone help me. i ran an antivirus check and
discovered trojan horsesdownloader-funweb.A on my pc
which i cleaned, but i keep getting a pop up telling me
this virus is in the system and to run an antivrus check
which i have done repeatedly and my pc is clean but pop
up keeps popping up. how do i stop this window popping up
it only happens if my pc is sitting unattended and not
when im working on it. please help someone regards irene

Perhaps it's in a Restore Point, which cannot be cleaned
by your anti-virus application. In that case, you would
need to turn off the restore function temporarily, reboot
and then turn the restore function on again.
