virus identified Worm/Nachi

this alert keeps coming up saying it is in;
C:system volume information\_restore{127B636E-1206-4095-
9F2D-887FB6E2BE2BOB6}\RP6\A0000557.EXE

this message comes up with AVG, but when i do a full
scan, nothing comes up????
does anyone know how to remove this from the registry?
system restore dll is affected.
 
Go to "disk cleanup" and look in the more options tab then use the System
Restore Clean up, that will remove all but the most recent restore point &
should remove the saved virus.
