Is this a good one? Worm/Nachi

My anti virus program finds this "Worm/Nachi" and gets rid of it by
"healing", but it comes back next full antiviral sweep.

In looking for info I read that this may be a "beneficial" worm used to get
rid of other worms like "blaster", "lovesan", etc.

Should I worry?
