virus bispy MSN ADMIN PLEASE

ive go a virus that my avg found but could not put in isloatio
its located in c:\windows\bi dll and is a Psw.bispy.
the dll file description is "abetterinternett.com"which i presume to be a windows file
i cant access the file or delete it
is there a way to contain or get rid of this one

"abetterinternett.com" is not a Windows XP file....it is spyware!
