Bispy Virus! Plz help!!

Hi!
I have AVG installed on my machine. This afternoon it
scanned my system and found a Trojan virus called Bispy.
I think I managed to remove this virus. What I did was to
shut off the system restore function, and then, when I
ran the virus scan again, it didn't show any virus on the
system. Now, the problem is this...
I've configured my Outlook Express to download my mails
frm Hotmail. I'm being able to download mails from the
hotmail server, but I can't send any mails! This is the
default message it shows - "The server does not support
the required HTTP methods. Account: 'Hotmail',
Server: 'http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp
', Protocol: HTTPMail, Server Response: 'Method Not
Allowed', Port: 0, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number:
0x800CCC35". Also, when I try to log into my hotmail
account from Internet Explorer, it reverts me back to
page which says "retype your password". It just doesn't
accept my password. This happens when I try to access my
hotmail accnt by Internet Explorer or by Avant Browesr,
which also uses IE as a base. But, when I use Opera
Browser, which doesn't use the IE format, I can very
easily log in to my account!
Plzzz tell me what the problem is here, and how can I get
my system to work perfectly again? I think the virus has
affected some files on the IE and on Outlook Express. Oh,
and also, I use Windows XP (Home Edition). Is there any
way to uninstall IE from this, and download and install
it again?
Plz help me as soon as possible!! Thanks a tonne!
