HELP! New Virus, No ANTI-VIRUS Can pick it up!!

The file i am having trouble with is called taskdir.exe. How i know
this is that when i start up my computer and connect to the net, i scan
to see what processes are using the connection and taskdir.exe comes
up. I block and terminate it using Windows defender and it ends
explorer.exe and starts a new one. This gets rid of taskdir.exe but i
want to get rid of it for good. It says its in c:\windows\system32 but
ive tried looking (even in safe mode) and i cant find it. The virus
shuts down scanners whenver they scan c:\documents and
settings\username\local settings\temporary internet files\ and even
when i remove all the temp internet files manually, the virus is still
there. Please help.

Hello Sam,
Be sure you have the current SYSCLEAN program and it's current
definitions. Run sysclean in Safe mode.
