Virus

I found this on my computer, does anyone know how i could get rid of it? I
would be so grateful. I have scanned with norton antivirus but they did not
found anything but then I made a scan with windows and found this.

Found possible virus: TrojanDownloader:Win32/Renos.gen!B in
file://C:\windows\system32\dxovx.dll->(UPX)

It is a Trojan, not a virus.
