IMO not really. In fact, unless you have a very specific reason it's
usually best to let Wndows manage the file size. If you need that much
room for a page file, you really need more RAM. For normal users, a Gig
us usually enough to prevent the pagefile from being accessed, 2 is
better; 3 and 4 Gig begin to have their own nuances of operation but
some gamers can make use of that much RAM. Ideally, the page file
should be seldom used except in specific applications. 4 Gig of
pagefile (virtual memory) can make things pretty sluggish sometimes if
it actually gets used.
