I recently increased my memory from 256 MB to over a gig.
Since then the Adobe PhotoDeluxe 2.0 program I have had for many years does
not open. I receive a message with a red circle with an X and it states the
following “There is not enough memory (RAM) to launch PhotoDeluxe.â€
There is enough memory.
I went to a online forum regarding this issue and it was suggested to go to
Control Panel > System > Advanced > Performance Settings > Advanced > Virtual
Memory > Change Custom Size; initial from 336 to 4000 MB and change maximum
from672 to 4096 MB and then launch the program. This works, however after
rebooting it reverts to the original error massage and I then have to go back
change the settings to the lower memory numbers, reboot, and start the
process all over again to open the program.
How do I permanently fix without have to jump through a lot f hoops to get
this program to work?
