Virtual Local Directory on Terminal Server

We have 3 W2K advanced server terminal servers. We are
getting a software error and the vendor says that I have
to create a local virtual directory on the terminal
servers and the error will go away. How is this done?

Thanks

Did you install the software while in "install mode"? If yes, then any ini
files or registry entries that are usually macine specific would be
replicated to user areas, causing most 32bit programs to function correctly.
Registry entries are replicated via shadow keys which store the values, then
replicate to user hives the first time they run the application. Ini files
are replicated to each user's Windows Directory in their My Documents
directory.

What is the application?

Yes it was installed using the control panel, ADD/REMOVE
programs. The application is from CSPI called Dynastore
Item Processing. It is to view check images. They told
me that when the app runs on a PC it accesses a folder on
the PC's C: drive called _WK They said that on the
terminal server, the user has no access to the C: drive
_WK folder. The folder is there on the TS on the C:
drive. The access on that folder is Everyone full
control. SO they told me that I would have to add a
virtual local directory on the terminal servers to fix
this.

Not sure how to do this

Thanks
