Viewing Webpage Source

[Stumped]

When I try to view the souce code for a web page, It never
brings up notepad which is what I have it configured to
bring up. I have ried everything on the MS knowledge
base. Any ideas,

Did you clear you temporary internet files in the Internet Options General
tab?
