The simple way is to run presenter's view if that option is available. If
it is not, you will need to activate the second video monitor (which drives
the projector) via the windows settings.
So ...
In PowerPoint ...
=> Slideshow
=> Set Up Show
=> Show Presenter View
If that is not available ...
=> Start
=> Control Panel
=> Display
=> Settings
=> Right click on Monitor #2
=> Attached
=> OK
Then restart the list at the PowerPoint part.
