Hide notes from audience/view them myself

As a teacher I often use PowerPoint 2003 and an Interactive Whiteboard.
(Laptop connected to ceiling mounted projector, large interactive screen...)

How can I show a presentation, keeping the notes hidden, whilst viewing them
myself?
