Viewing mails written in arabic

HI Group,

I am unable to view mails written in arabic.I am using Win
xp and outlook 2000.
I have already enabled arabic in Win xp and am able to
type arabic in word,excel,ppt etc.

My problem is that when a user receives a mail written in
arabic he is not able to view that as it is something
other than arabic (junk).

In outlook express the same thing used to happen which
could be solved by changing the encoding from western
european(iso) to arabic (windows),but i am unbale to
locate the same in outlook 2000.

Please help.

You can open the mail and from the menu choose View-> Encoding-> More
