Problem in sending Arabic mails

Dears,
I have a problem when I send an Arabic e-mails using Microsoft Outlook Web
Access, through Server Exchange.
since the recipient of the messages couldn't read it.
I tried to send the same message to myself over Server Exchange, and there
was no problem in reading it. the problem appears when I try to send Arabic
ones outside Server Exchange. for example when I sent to myself on Gmail,
Yahoo. Since it converts to question marks.???????????????????
Note: I'm not using the orginal Outlook which comes with Microsoft, instead
I use Internet Explorer to connect to the server and enter Domain\ User and
password which given to me from Exchange administrator

Make sure that you specify the correct Arabic encoding for the message.
If you have further questions regarding Web Access or Exchange Server,
please ask in an Exchange Server newsgroup.
