viewing faxes

When I open the fax console of windowes xp, I see the
faxes in the incoming box . . . . but when I right cloick
to VIEW or click VIEW fax from the toolbar . . . NOTHING
happens.

Hpow do you get this fax console to let you see the fax?

I have resorted to finding the fax file in Windows
explorered, clicking it and seeing it through something
called fax viewer. But why doesn't it work through the
FAX program???
