A glitch has suddenly occurred in the view of my Inbox messages.

Although I have it is set to view UNREAD messages only, which has worked
fine for two years, suddenly it now displays both UNREAD & READ messages
together!!!!

All and any suggestions welcome as it is deiving me crazy!

Thank You

Roy

Version of Outlook? If Outlook 2003, does pressing F5 refresh the view and
hide the one read ones? If not, did you check reset the view to ensure it
wasn't changed?

Diane,

Thank you for your suggestions.

Outlook version is 2002. I reset (f5) and checked the view as you suggested;
alas to no avail.

I am still faced with a page of read and unread messages!

I did also try the same suggested solution in the read messages view, with
the same result.

Hi Roy,

Try this

1.) In Outlook, Click View
2.) Click Arrange by
3.) Current View
4.) Select Unread messages in this folder

Hi Lee,
Thank you for your reply.
I carried out your suggestions and at least I now have the unread messages
sorted and seperated from the read messages.

However they still annoyingly both appear on the same page, I swear I did
NOT change any settings.
Regards

Roy
