this is probably so easy to fix.....I just can't find how! I'm running Word
2003. Have an open empty document. I'm in print layout view, I'm marked in
inches. 8.5 x 11 paper, portrait. When I look at the empty page at the top,
the 5 inch mark is right at the right hand edge, if I want to see the whole
8.5 inches to the right, I have to use the slider at the bottom to slide the
page to the right. It looks to me, that the inch marks at the top are
actually about 2 inches, but they're marked an inch. Also, when I type
something, it goes outside the right margin. I want to be able to look at
what i'm typing without having to slide over to the right to see everything.
Can anyone make any suggestions as this is annoying!
Thanks!
