Multi-Page Images

I have a large image that I would like to examine by print on multiple sheets
of paper. For example, if the image is going to be 25 x 10 inches, it would
print on three 8.5 x 11 inch sheets. Is there any way to do this in word?

Not from Word natively. Your printer driver may have built-in support for
tiling images over more than one page, but otherwise you'll need to use
Publisher or a graphics app that is capable of tiling.
