How do I print actual size, no rescaling (no scaling selected)?

When I print on regular paper, my smaller image rescales to fit the paper,
even though I have selected "no scaling". My document is set up as 6.5 x 8.5,
which is what I need it to look like, even though I am printing on 8.5 x 11
paper, which is all I have.

If Word is set to print "No Scaling" you must have a setting in the printer
itself causing this - check out the printer properties and/or options.
