Word document defaults to an odd paper size

Just recently, when I open a new word document, the paper size seems to be
off by 2 or more inches. Even though it says it is the letter size of 8.5 x
11, it is infact 8.5 x 9. And you can't set the margins on the left, top and
bottom margins. I can add 2 inches to the length manually, but the ability
to set the top or bottom margin, I'm not able to. Huh??? And when I change
to landscape from portrait, the paper size is them 7 long by 11 wide. So it
seems to be the lenght somehow? Did I accidentally click something
somewhere? If I click another paper size, the size is still off by a couple
of inches. Thanks.

The header and footer are hidden because you clicked between pages. Put the
cursor there and click (in Word 2007, double-click) again. See

God, Thank you Jay! Fixed like magic! I had a feeling I clicked something,
but had no idea what. Just love these forums. Thanks again.
