View a Word Document

I would like to know how to set a default view for a Word document. For example, whenever I open a document in word it should take the "Two Page" display or display at "75%"

Thanks for your support, I would also like to know whether the same setting can be done for a blank document. For example, whenever I open word the zoom view should be two pages.Pls note not opening any specific word document
