Hello there,
Perhaps you can tell us what you are trying to capture from and what it is
connected to etc.
You might also want to check your Device Manager to see whether it tells
you anything...IRQ conflict for instance. To get to it click > START >
SETTINGS > CONTROL PANEL > SYSTEM > HARDWARE > DEVICE MANAGER. Any device
that is not functioning properly should have a small yellow icon next to
it, but not always...Find your device in there and take a look at its
properties...there may be a message in the status box that will help. DO
NOT change any settings unless you are TOTALY CERTAIN that you are doing
the right thing. It is very easy to screw up the computer by tinkering
around....
