video card!!!!!!!!

Hello, friends how r all of you.

when i start my computer the monitor says that:

PLEASE CHECK YOUR SIGNAL CABLE

AND YOUR PC

MONITOR IS WORKING

i check my signal cable it is working.

i think it is video card problem if i put a new VIDEO CARD does this problem
will fixed.
