Attempting to download video images to PC (using MS Movie Maker 2 on XP).
Camcorder (Panasonic NV-DS65) Power on and connected to PC (via Firewire).

"Video Capture Device not detected" message when attempt to download (capture) video.

However, when I attempt to download still images from the SD card, using the USB connection, the device was detected and all downloaded
perfectly.

Any thoughts?

Thanks,
Steve

Is the camcorder in VCR mode and cpowered by A/C (NOT by its battery)?
