We disconnected everything from our computer to move to a
new home, when we hooked everything back up the speakers
sound like they are working but they play no sound. I
have ran trouble shooter with no luck, have updated
drivers, made sure they are plugged into the right spot,
made sure they are not muted, tired hooking up other
speakers and they did the same thing, have went to the
manufacters web site but the only thing I could find was
a chip that you can down load (not sure if it would fix
anything) I was going to down load it but I recieved a
pop up saying that it wasnt tested for xp and could mess
up my computer so I stopped the installation. Could
anyone please give up some help....we're stumped. Thanks
for any help.

Bob

Double check you have the speakers plugged into the speaker output (eg not
the Mic input). Been there, done that.
