very slow

I usually connect at 11mbps on the wireless public network but pages take
forever to download. Just regular pages like msn.com and hotmail, etc.
Doesn't the connect speed have anything to do with the page refresh speed?
How do I get pages to load faster?

Anyway you can try to disable Window Auto-Tuning.
