Very Poor performance

Almost 15 hours for an incremental backup is very sad. From my incremental
backup last night:

Started 2/26/2008 12:05:05 AM
Completed 2/26/2008 2:53:55 PM
Folders Compared: 14174; Files Compared: 135723; Folders Created: 541; Files
Copied: 6533 (2580672270 bytes); Folders Removed: 49; Files Removed: 1976;
Errors: 838.

This from XP Home Premium, on a 2.1 GHz, 1 gb NIC/Switch. My XP machine, to
do the same backup would finish in about 30 minutes.

On the Bridge!

the amount of data is the same?

A vista install is 5 times that of XP, plus the space Vista eats from your
drive for shadow copy
may grow to huge porportions... and these files are hidden...

See how much free hard disk space you have in order to find out how much
space vista is really eating up.

50 Ways to leave your Vista....

CHORUS:

You just format the drive , Clive
Get a New Mac , Jack
Y'don't need that crap toy, Roy
Just get yourself free
Boot from a *nix, Jix
You don't need to discuss much
Install XP, Lee
And get yourself free
