Version of IE in language other than US English

I was informed that the version of IE that I have in a
different language not US English. In order to download the
MSN Explorer I must install IE 5.0 with the component which
matches my language. What does this mean, what program am
I looking for and where can I find it? Thank you for any
time and effort you put into helping me with this issue.

I have no idea, didn't even know that I have it in a

different language. The only language I know is US English

Try this and see if it will help.

Language change:

Open Explorer
Click on Tools (on toolbar)
Select Internet Options
Select General tab
Click on Languages tab
Click on Add
Scroll down the list of languages and select Dutch (either Belgium or
Netherlands)
Click OK
Ok again
Ok to close Internet Options
