IE default language

Several years ago I signed up for Hotmail while I was in Germany. My
computer was set up in English. I am from the US. My internet explorer
shows everything in english except for when I go to any page dealing with
Hotmail or MSN Messenger. Is there some way I can correct the language
setting for this? It might be staring me in the face when I go to these
pages but this Texan just doesn't remember enough of is Deutch lessons to
figure this out. Thanks for any help.

Hi,
Either clear all cookies (you have website passwords backed up, right?) or
delete any cookies from microsoft, hotmail, msn, passport, etc.

One of these free programs may make it easier to locate and delete cookies.
