Version 2002 can it enter appointment on Version 2003

I use Outlook 2002 my associate Outlook 2003. I cannot invite her to a
meeting in an accessible format. Please help.
 
what format does she receive it in? Are you setting a reminder on it? Don’t.

Thank you so much, that is exactly what the problem was. Has now been
rectified.
