Meeting requests

When I create a meeting request or appointment in the calendar and invite a
couple of recipients, the meeting request goes to everyone in the company. I
am using Outlook 2007 with Exchange 2003 on SBS2003.

Do your recipients have delegates?

So how can this be fixed? Is the fix just getting rid of delegates for this
one particular user?

Why not try it to see if it works. If it doesn't, you can easily add the
delegate(s) back.
