verizon dsl and VPN connection

Anyone have this problem...

I just switched from my cable provider to Verizon DSL and now I can no
longer connect to my office VPN. It seems simple enough but I have no
software firewall installed and I have the firewall option turned off on the
DSL Modem (Westell modem).

Any suggestion...

I presume this switchover is on the client side. IS that correct ?

Is NAT somehow coming into picture in DSL modem ?
How does your configuration look like

Yes the switch was on the client. The server has had no changes

The DSL modem does NAT. The modem goes into a switch, not another router.

Have you verified NAT router (DSL modem) is having L2TP/IPSec or PPTP
ALGs/Editors enabled
