VCD Burner

I have created am .mpg from an .avi file downloaded from the internet
and I would like to burn a CD-Rom playable in my commercial VCD
player. Is their a freeware program that can do this?

From what I have read on their website, this not freeware. It says it is
shareware with a free trial. I have downloaded it but haven't installed
it to see what the limitations are to the trial.

It used to be freeware.
The last freeware version is available on various sites and newsgroups.
I couldn't tell you where because I gave the guy his $15 bucks and don't
need it.
