VBScript: Remote Desktop Disconnected

Making me crazy

In short this is the story
We have an uptown site and a downtown site
Uptown is our server running VPN & TS
Downtown is just XP home addition users
with ADSL
I can connect from my office and stay on with same
3 users with ADSL
But from downtown site I get disconnected randomly

The exact error is
The blue bar says "VBScript: Remote Desktop Disconnected"
The error is "An internal error has occurred."

The problem could be many things, from an unstable
network, to a poor connection, or just a faulty or failing
router. You might want to try some pings to see if things
are failing or some traceroutes to see where the packets
are being dropped.

You also might want to enable keepalives on your terminal
server and adjust the value of tcpmaxdataretransmissions
from 5 to 10.
