VBscript error when connected via internet

I have a user who is conneccting to our VPN server via
the internet remote connection. He stays connected for
anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour and a half. Then he
is kicked off with a VBscript remote desktop disconnected
internal error has occured error. When he tries to log
back in again he cannot find the server. I need to
reboot so that he can log in again. Had him ping the IP
and it timed out. Anyone know what is going on with
this??

Instead of rebooting next time, try just restarting IIS.

If its only the one user, it sounds like he has a wrong
setting in ADU&C, but then the random times are puzzling.
Similarly, a flaky NIC would affect all users.

What happens if his account is accessed from another PC
(could it be his Client with the error)?

This problem effects all remote users. The one user
seems to be the only one getting kicked off but when he
does nobody can get in. Granted he is the one in the
most so it is possible that it could dissconnect the
others but it has only happend to the one user so far.
