VBScript: Remote Desktop Disconnected

Some of my users are unable to connect the server and the
error message appears like this.

VBScript: Remote Desktop Disconnected

- Remote Connection might not be enabled or the computer
might be too busy to accept new connections.
- It is also possible that network problems are preventing
your connection.
- Please try connection again later.

Any ideas please

Anything in the EventLog on the TS when these users try to connect?
Have you checked your licensing situation?
