I was on the internet and had a warning come up that all
my transactions were being recorded, it did have a
Microsoft bar at the top so I thought it was ok. If I
had read further I would have read that it has nothing to
do with Microsoft. When I opened it, I found out that for
19.95 I could protect my system. I declined and since
that time have pop-ups come up even when I am not logged
on the internet. I tried to delete the Vbouncer and
uninstall but it will not let me. How can I get rid of
this and is this a virus? Please Help!
