VBA IDE Mouse Scrolling

Since I upgraded to Access 2003, my mouse wheel will not scroll the contents
of the Visual Basic Editor. How come?

I have 2002 and mine won't let me do it either.

For me this doesn't work in 2000 or 2002 either. Some folks reckon they
solved this by updating their mouse drivers, but that still didn't fix it
for me, and I've tried with two different mice and two computers. S'pose it
serves me right for buying imcompatible junk from...now who was it made both
my mice...oh yeah, Microsoft!

I did this and it said that it was successful. But when I go to the Add-in
manager it is blank and there is no add in for the wheel mouse.

Any suggestions
